Anne Blemker
Public Policy and Planning Advisor
Anne Blemker is a Public Policy and Planning Advisor for McCabe & Company. Ms. Blemker has over ten years of land use planning experience in both the public and private sector, working as a coastal program analyst, environmental planner and entitlement coordinator. She has an extensive working knowledge of CEQA and the Coastal Act. Before joining McCabe & Company, Ms. Blemker was a staff analyst with the California Coastal Commission where she performed analytical work involving planning and regulation of development in the South Coast District. Significant projects included the Newport Beach Land Use Plan comprehensive update, the Crystal Cove Historic District adaptive reuse plan, the San Clemente Coastal Trail, and the Treasure Island/Montage development in Laguna Beach.
Ms. Blemker received her Master of Urban and Regional Planning from UC Irvine and her Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
